It's Party Dress Time!

I'm sitting by the Christmas Tree, laptop charged, Elf is on the TV and I have a child under the duvet pretending to be unwell as to avoid school. Such a fantastic line up to help make me feel festive and in the party mood.....hmmm....

That said, it's time to linger no more and embrace the Christmas season and get a jolly nice new dress for the fun and frolics you are sure to have in the diary. Or....if you are a total Norman and have no party, then get a dress for Christmas Day at least. I may be old fashioned but I like to dress up to eat turkey and open presents. It's a celebration isn't it? I can't celebrate fully in my velour tracksuit (!) and Primark slippers. Nope. Slap on, dress up and get drinking!

There are so many dresses to choose from and hence why this post is a good few weeks later than planned. I've spent literally hours researching the high street and online options to find the best to suit all occasions, shapes, sizes and of course, budget. I've narrowed it down to five options in four categories. Even now I am tempted to include more but at least these give you an idea of what is out there, what's in fashion and what you might be interested in.

And if tempted, like me, to just dig out the LBD from five years ago because it's free, it fits and you can't be bothered to make the effort, shame on you. It's Christmas, it's fun and it's party time. Woo hoo!
